For regular cleaning, we recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance. For end of tenancy and one-off cleans, 3–5 days notice is ideal. We do accommodate last-minute requests when possible — just call and we will do our best to fit you in.

We operate Monday to Saturday, 8am to 6pm. Sunday appointments are available for end of tenancy and emergency cleans by special arrangement.

Yes. For regular cleaning clients, we assign a dedicated cleaner who becomes familiar with your home and preferences. If your regular cleaner is unavailable due to holiday or illness, we will send a fully briefed replacement.

Prices depend on the service type, property size, and condition. Regular cleaning starts from £18 per hour. End of tenancy cleans range from £120 for a studio to £480+ for a large house. See our prices page for detailed breakdowns, or request a free quote.

No. We provide a clear, fixed quote before any work begins. The price we quote is the price you pay. Optional extras like oven cleaning or carpet cleaning are quoted separately so you can decide.

We accept bank transfer, cash, and card payment. For regular cleaning, most clients pay by monthly bank transfer. For one-off services, payment is typically due on the day of the clean.

For end of tenancy and large one-off cleans, we may ask for a small deposit to secure your slot. This is fully deducted from your final bill. Regular cleaning clients do not pay a deposit.

Not necessarily. Many clients provide a key or access code. For first-time cleans, we recommend being home to meet your cleaner and discuss any specific requirements. After that, most clients are happy for us to clean while they are out.

Yes. Our team arrives fully equipped with professional-grade, eco-friendly cleaning products and all necessary equipment. If you prefer we use specific products you have at home, just let us know.

It varies by service and property size. A regular weekly clean for a 2-bedroom flat takes 2–3 hours. An end of tenancy clean for the same property takes 4–6 hours. We will give you a time estimate with your quote.

We are fully insured for public liability and accidental damage. In the extremely rare event that something is damaged, we will handle it promptly and professionally. Your peace of mind is important to us.

Absolutely. If you are not completely satisfied with any aspect of our service, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean the area at no extra charge. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Yes. We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a small fee to cover the cleaner's scheduled time.

Our primary focus is domestic cleaning, but we do take on small commercial properties such as offices, shops, and rental properties. Contact us to discuss your specific needs.
